Easy to Make Your Own Brand

We provide complete and easy maklon process services in every stage, because we prepare all your product production needs. We understand to accompany you throughout the production process, especially for those who are just starting a beauty product business. We hope to help get the best results for your branded products.

1. Product Concept Consultation

Give us an idea of the product you want to make. If you are still hesitant or confused about the product concept, our marketing team will provide the best recommendations from formula selection, cosmetic raw materials, texture, packaging, to target market.

2. Product Sample Making

After determining the product, formula, and raw materials that have been mutually agreed upon, we will make a product sample. At this stage the product will go through stability and compatibility tests.

3. Complete the Maklon Documents

The documents required for the maklon process are KTP, NPWP (if any), and NIB if you have a business entity. If you already have a registered brand, please send a Brand registration form or Brand Certificate.

4. Maklon Cooperation Contract

Once you have approved the product sample, you will sign a manufacturing contract and agree on things like the quantity of product, formula and raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing service fees.

5. Payment of Maklon Fees

After making an agreement, you will proceed to the payment process. The maklon fee that must be paid in advance / DP (Down Payment) is 50 percent of the total product order and the total licensing fee.

6. Manage Permits

We will take care of all the necessary permits, starting from BPOM registration, Halal certification, and intellectual property rights certification such as trademarks and patents.

7. Design Process

While waiting for the BPOM notification process, our designer team will help you create a packaging design that suits your brand concept and vision.

8. Production Process

Production will begin after the BPOM number for the product is issued. We guarantee the safety and halalness of the product in every manufacturing process.

9. Product Quality Control

After being produced, the product must go through a quality control process to meet the quality standards that are in accordance with the established quality standards.

10. Product Delivery

After the production process and product quality control are complete, we will help send the product to your warehouse and the product is ready to be marketed.
